  • Activities: meet Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm for shamatha meditation ("peaceful abiding"), a reading, and a discussion. Newcomers are warmly welcomed, Buddhist and non-Buddhist alike. Each second Sunday we meet at 11:30 am for a half hour sit followed by a potluck lunch. For individuals who have never practiced meditation, instruction is available at 10:30 am before the Sunday morning sit. If you would like to receive instruction please call or send an e-mail.
